Patriarch Kirill of Moscow presided over a regular session of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on July 16, 2026, at the Patriarchal and Synodal Residence in the Danilov Monastery in Moscow.
Opening the meeting, Patriarch Kirill welcomed the members of the Holy Synod and presented the agenda for the session.
The gathering brought together the hierarchs of the Synod to discuss matters concerning the life and ministry of the Russian Orthodox Church.
