Each of the evening honorees received a special plaque from the Metropolitan with their name inscribed and an icon of the new patron saint of our sacred Metropolis, St. Iakovos of Evia.

James Polos, the Regional Commander of the Archons, Dr. Cary Limberakis, the President of the Metropolis Philoptohcos, Mrs. Eleni Constantinides, and the Co-Chair of the Event and Regional Vicar, the Rev. Philotheos Tomcewski and the Rev. George Liacopulos, as well as all of the regional clergy for their amazing work to insure the success of this 14th Annual Banquet. His Eminence congratulated and recognized all of the parish honorees and thanked them for their tremendous works and contributions to their parishes. Addressing the youth Ambassadors, Metropolitan Apostolos expressed his pride and admiration to all of them for their love of our Church, and our Hellenic culture, encouraging all of them to continue living their lives according to our faith, growing closer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
