The Orthodox Church of Albania has issued an announcement regarding the six-month memorial service for the late Archbishop Anastasios of Albania.
The statement reads:
“On Friday, July 25, the Feast of the Dormition of Saint Anne, six months will have passed since the repose in the Lord of our beloved Father, Archbishop Anastasios.
On this occasion, the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ in Tirana, followed immediately by the Memorial Service.
Afterwards, a Trisagion (prayer service) will be held at his tomb, and coffee will be offered in the hall beneath the church for those present.
We warmly welcome everyone to attend this holy service to honor his unforgettable memory and to pray together.”
