On September 18, 2024, Metropolitan Sawa of Warsaw met with the Board of the Orthodox Youth Brotherhood of the Warsaw-Bielska Diocese. The gathering provided an opportunity to review the board’s activities over the past year and discuss plans for the future, including the upcoming General Assembly of the Brotherhood of Orthodox Youth of the Warsaw-Bielska Diocese.
During the meeting, the board presented Metropolitan Sawa with a commemorative album, a gift from Archimandrite Melchizedek of the Putna Monastery in Romania. This album was given during the student youth’s visit to Romania, symbolizing the strong ties and cultural exchange between the Orthodox communities.
Metropolitan Sawa expressed his gratitude to the board for their dedicated work and contributions. He also offered valuable advice on serving the Church and navigating the complexities of the modern world, emphasizing the importance of steadfast faith and commitment.
