On Thursday, July 10, 2025, Metropolitan Ambrosios of Korea accompanied by Fr. Epiphanios Gregoriatis, Fr. Theodosios Argyropoulos, his Presbytera Georgia, as well as believers from Seoul, visited the Holy Monastery of the Transfiguration in Gapyeong.
The Divine Liturgy was celebrated by Fr. Theodosios and after the Divine Liturgy all headed to the tomb of the late Metropolitan Soterios for the memorial service for the repose of his blessed soul.
The pilgrims received warm monastic hospitality from the nun Agathe in the monastery’s Archontarike and had the opportunity to relive scenes and speeches from the holy life of the founder and spiritual Father of the monastery late Metropolitan Soterios.
