Member of the European Parliament Fredi Beleri paid an official visit on Thursday to Archbishop Ioannis of Tirana, Durrës and All Albania.
Mr. Beleri announced the visit through a post on social media, stating: “Today I had the distinct honor and blessing to visit, for the first time, Archbishop Ioannis of Tirana, Durrës and All Albania. This meeting was a unique opportunity to express my respect and admiration for his crucial work in defending our faith and providing spiritual guidance to his flock.”
The MEP particularly praised the Archbishop’s spiritual and social contribution, noting: “His dedication and wisdom continue to inspire all those who serve the Church and society with faith, love, and integrity.”
The meeting took place in a warm and cordial atmosphere, reaffirming the mutual respect and appreciation between the two men.
