The memory of Saint Foteini, the Samaritan woman at the well, will be celebrated at the Church of Saint Foteini in Smyrna on the 26th of February 2021. Metropolitan Varthalomaios of Smyrna will preside over the Divine Liturgy and the Great Vespers Service on the 25th of February at 17:00 EET. However, it is noted that the celebration of the memory of the saint will be held with the presence of the faithful of the community on Friday at 17:30 EET due to the restrictions introduced to stem the coronavirus.
