It is announced that the Ecumenical Patriarch, in memory of the Holy Father Gregory the Theologian, Archbishop of Constantinople, whose holy relics are kept in the Patriarchal Cathedral, will officiate at the Vespers Service on the day of the Feast, on the 24th of January, at 4.00 pm.
The next day, Monday, the 25th of January, the Ecumenical Patriarch will preside over the Divine Liturgy, during the ordination to Bishop of newly-elected Metropolitan Vissarion of Spain and Portugal.
The Holy Relics of the Saint will be placed for veneration by the faithful.
It is announced that the Ecumenical Patriarch, on the Feast of the Translation of the Relics of Father Ioannis Chrysostomos, Archbishop of Constantinople, whose holy relics are kept in the Patriarchal Cathedral, will officiate the Vespers Service on the evening of the 26th of January, at 4.30 pm, and the Divine Liturgy, on Wednesday, the 27th of January, on the day of the Feast.
The Holy Icon of the Saint will be placed on the Patriarchal Throne and the relics will be placed for veneration.
