On the morning of Tuesday, 1 November 2022, the day in which the Church honors the memory of the Holy Unmercenaries, Saints Kosmas and Damianos the Wonderworkers, Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, Archiepiscopal Vicar of the Archdiocesan District of Melbourne traveled to and liturgised at the celebrating Church of Saints Anargiri in Oakleigh, Melbourne.
Bishop Kyriakos was joined by priests of the Archdiocesan District of Melbourne, as well as Father Anastasios Kalogerakis from Sydney.
During the Divine Liturgy, the student choir of Oakleigh Grammar School took part and chanted sacred hymns.
Present among the large congregation was Jim Grivokostopoulos, a candidate for state parliamentarian with the Liberal party.
