Emmanuel Macron sent a message to Ankara, in a post he made on Twitter, which aimed at the resumption of the dialogue on Eastern Mediterranean issues, a few days before the crucial EU Summit.
It is noteworthy that the French president wrote the same message in French and in Turkish, for symbolic reasons, in which he stated that Ankara seemed to have heard the message for the resumption of the talks.

“We have sent a clear message to Turkey in Ajaccio (at the recent MED7 Summit in Corsica): Let us reopen a responsible dialogue, in good faith, without naivety,” Macron said in his Twitter post. “The same message was sent by the European Parliament. It seems to have been heard. Let us move on,” he added.
