In response to the devastating fires impacting our communities, the Greek Orthodox Christian Cathedral of Saint Sophia is opening its doors as a designated Relief Center to provide much-needed support to those affected, as well as to the brave firefighters, law enforcement, and first responders working tirelessly to protect us.
Items to Donate:
- Non-perishable food items
- Bottled water and sports drinks
- Hygiene products (soap, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
- Clothing (new or gently used, all sizes)
- Blankets and sleeping bags
- Baby supplies (diapers, formula, baby wipes)
- Pet food and supplies

Meal Preparation: Throughout the week, volunteers will be preparing meals at the Cathedral to distribute to fire victims, firefighters, and first responders. Hot, nutritious meals will be available to anyone in need.
All Are Welcome: Whether you are seeking assistance, looking for a place to rest, or simply need a comforting presence, the Cathedral is here for you. We invite the entire community to join us in providing relief and support during this difficult time.
