A man has been arrested by police as he tried to destroy a cross on the roof of a Baptist church in East London.
His act was recorded by bystanders in a video and was posted on social networks.
As reported by Dailymail, the man climbed on the roof of the temple and for a while tried to take down one of the three crosses shouting.
Then, while a crowd had gathered around, he threw the cross down and began dragging it into the street. After a while he seemed to be tired and sat down until the police arrived and arrested him.
Today, according to the following video, the pastor of the church appears to be trying to put the cross back in its place.
