Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is traveling to Egypt, where on Friday he will attend the enthronement ceremony of the new Archbishop of Sinai, Pharan and Raitho, and Abbot of the Holy Monastery of Saint Catherine at Mount Sinai, Simeon.
On Saturday, Prime Minister Mitsotakis is scheduled to attend the official opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum, one of the most significant cultural projects in the region, showcasing Egypt’s vast archaeological and historical heritage.
Following his visit to Egypt, the Prime Minister will travel to Cyprus on Sunday, where he will attend a memorial service for former President Glafcos Clerides at the Cathedral of Apostle Barnabas in Nicosia.
