Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met earlier on Thursday at the Maximos Mansion with Michelle Bachelet, a candidate for the position of Secretary-General of the United Nations and former President of Chile.
During the meeting, Bachelet briefed the Prime Minister on her program and vision for the United Nations. For his part, Mitsotakis emphasized Greece’s role within the Organization and the country’s support for international law and multilateralism.
