On Sunday, March 27, 2022, Bishop Apostolos of Medeia, representing Archbishop Elpidophoros of America celebrated the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy and Doxology for the celebration of Greek Independence Day at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
Following the Divine Liturgy, the celebration continued as Bishop Apostolos joined the Clergy, the Faithful, esteemed Dignitaries, and Philhellenes from throughout the Maryland and Northern Virginia regions for the Annual Maryland Greek Independence Day Parade in the heart of Baltimore’s Greektown.
