Deputy Foreign Minister for Diaspora Greeks Konstantinos Vlasis will travel to Egypt, namely Cairo, Alexandria and Sinai, on February 13-16, 2020, according to the communiqué issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Konstantinos Vlasis will meet Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria and All Africa, as well as Egyptian Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Nabila Makram.
The deputy minister will also meet representatives of Greek diaspora organizations, the governors of Alexandria and South Sinai. Moreover, he will visit the Holy Saint Catherine’s Monastery in Sinai.
