On the 200th anniversary of Greek Independence, March 25, 2021, the Government of Ontario, led by Premier Doug Ford and Minister Lisa MacLeod, committed $325,000 to the Archdiocese of Canada for the development of a Greek-Canadian Heritage Museum.
As part of the work to create this shared community space, the Archdiocese is committed to consulting with and hearing from Greek-Canadians across the country.
The Archdiocese of Canada wants to learn about the top priorities and historical issues that should be addressed and displayed in the museum so if there are any ideas, suggestions for inclusion, potential artifacts for consideration they are most welcome.
