On Monday, August 24, 2026, Metropolitan Sawa of Warsaw and All Poland received Niki Kamba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hellenic Republic to Poland, for a farewell meeting.
The Greek Ambassador visited the Metropolitan as she prepares to conclude her diplomatic tenure in Poland. During the meeting, she expressed her gratitude to Metropolitan Sawa for their cooperation and the good relations maintained throughout her term.
In recognition of her contribution and as a token of appreciation, Metropolitan Sawa awarded Ambassador Kamba the Order of Saint Mary Magdalene.
The meeting marked the conclusion of a period of cooperation between the Greek diplomatic mission in Poland and the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
