On Tuesday evening, September 13, 2022, at the celebrating Church of the Holy Cross, in Box Hill, Melbourne, the Service of the Great Vespers of the Feast of the Universal Exaltation of the Holy and Life-giving Cross took place, presided over by Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, Archiepiscopal Vicar of the Archdiocesan District of Melbourne.
Many priests from Melbourne also took part in the Great Vespers, whilst also joining in prayer was Bishop Themistocles of Nicopolis from the Patriarchate of Alexandria.
