Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan launched an attack on Greece and the French president, speaking at the 7th provincial congress of AK Party in Caesarea on Saturday.
He described Greece as “spoiled,” while launched a fresh attack on his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.
“In the Eastern Mediterranean, it is necessary to remain on the side of justice instead of surrendering to spoiled Greece and the Greek Cypriot sector.
If those who are against us do not act in accordance with the law, we are determined to implement our plans,” stressed the Turkish president.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today again attacked French President Emmanuel Macron, saying that he needed mental treatment over his attitude towards Muslims and Islam.
Earlier in the month, Macron vowed to fight “Islamic separatism,” which he said threatened to take control in some Muslim communities around France, drawing a sharp rebuke from Erdogan.
Since then, France has been shocked by the beheading of a history teacher by an Islamist radical, who wanted to avenge the teacher’s use of cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad in a class on freedom of expression.
“What is the problem of this person called Macron with Muslims and Islam? Macron needs physiological treatment,” said the Turkish president in a provincial conference of the Justice and Development Party in the city of Caesarea.
