The funeral service for the late Professor Chrysostomos Stamoulis of the Department of Theology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki will take place on Thursday, August 21, at 12:00 noon, at the Cathedral of Hagia Sophia in Thessaloniki.
Burial will follow at the “Anastaseos tou Kyriou” Cemetery in Thermi.
In a message shared on social media, his wife announced: “We will bid farewell to our beloved husband and father, Chrysostomos, on Thursday, August 21, at 12:00, at the Cathedral of Hagia Sophia in Thessaloniki. The burial will take place at the Cemetery of the Resurrection in Thermi. In lieu of wreaths, we kindly ask that those who wish make contributions to organizations and institutions. This is what he would have wanted.”
