Today, Wednesday, January 27, 2021, the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew presided over the Divine Liturgy for the Translation of the relics of Saint John Chrysostom at the Patriarchal Church of Saint George at the Phanar.
In addition, the Holy Relics of the Saint, which Rome returned a few years ago, were placed at the nave, the central part of the church, in order for the faithful to pay their respects.
Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew celebrated the Vespers Service yesterday for the feast of the translation of the relics of St John Chrysostom.
