The memory of our Holy Father Spyridon, Bishop of Tremithus, the Wonderworker, was solemnly celebrated in the namesake Holy Temple of Great Yarmouth in the South East of England.
Bishop Maximos of Melitene visited the Greek Community and presided over the Orthros and Divine Liturgy, along with the Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne, Fr. Fotios Bithas, priest of the Holy Temple.
The Bishop was welcomed by the members of the Greek Orthodox Community, who thanked him for his visit. The Bishop thanked the Community for the hospitality and conveyed to them the blessing of Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain.
A festive banquet followed at the spiritual center of the Community.
