Epitaphios decorations across Greece (PHOTOS)

In an atmosphere of reverence and devotion, parishes across Greece are decorating the Epitaphios today, on Great and Holy Friday. Faithful of all ages are gathering at churches, participating in the adornment with flowers and prayer.

In every corner of Greece, the Epitaphioi are decorated with care and dedication, reflecting tradition and the living faith, while a solemn and devout atmosphere prevails throughout the country.

On the evening of Holy Friday, the procession of the Epitaphios is expected to take place, with the participation of large crowds.
