The Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, Nabila Makram, expressed her great satisfaction with the donation of Greek Community of Alexandria, which offered the amount of 500,000 Egyptian pounds to the Tahya Misr Fund (means “Long Live Egypt”), a special fund set aside to fund the state’s efforts to curb the coronavirus spread.

Through her personal Facebook account, the minister warmly thanked the Greek Community of Alexandria, emphasizing that “the Greeks of Egypt are an integral part of the country.”
