Ecumenical Patriarch to meet with Turkish President Erdogan

Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.

As reported by the “National Herald”, Erdogan invited all religious leaders to discuss with them and announce his new decisions on issues related to their individual jurisdictions, including the Waqfs, related to the assets of each Religious Entity in Turkey.

The Ecumenical Patriarch is expected to return to Constantinople on the same day.
