Metropolitan Epiphaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine honoured the memory of Saint Theodore Tyron the Great Martyr.
The Primate of the Autocephalous Church of Ukraine presided over the Divine Liturgy at St. Michael’s Cathedral in Kyiv.
The service was co-officiated by Metropolitan Kliment of Simferopol and Crimea, Archbishop Yevstratiy of Cherniyiv and Nizin, Archbishop Agapit of Vyshgorod, and other clergymen.
During the service, prayers were heard for the soldiers who defend Ukraine, for the people, and for the repose of the souls of all the fallen defenders of the Homeland and the citizens.
In addition, Metropolitan Epiphaniy prayed for the liberation of Ukraine from the invasion of foreign forces.
