They should carefully assess the content of any such messages and, under no circumstances, provide personal information if requested. If deemed necessary, they may contact the Holy Archdiocese of Australia offices by phone.
The Holy Archdiocese is taking action with the relevant authorities to investigate the case of identity theft.
