In the presence of officials and a large gathering of faithful, Patriarch John X of Antioch and All the East, along with hierarchs and members of the holy clergy, received condolences together with the families of the martyrs of Saint Elias Church in the Doueilaa district.
The gathering took place in the Halls of the Holy Cross in the Qassaa neighborhood of Damascus.
Condolences were offered by governmental and ministerial delegations, accredited diplomatic missions in Syria, as well as prominent figures and religious delegations—both Muslim and Christian—from various regions across the country.
