In honor of the memory of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilia II, commemorative banners have been placed on buildings across Tbilisi.
At present, the banners are displayed on the buildings of the Parliament of Georgia and the Tbilisi City Council.
Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II passed away on March 17 at the age of 93. Catholicos-Patriarch is to be buried at Sioni Cathedral on March 22.
