A chess summer school for children, based on the model of recognized chess schools, was organized by the Orthodox Church of Albania for the first time in Albania, at the initiative of the”Protagonists” School, under the auspices of Metropolitan Nicholas of Apollonia and Fier, and the guidance of great trainers.
This is another innovative action of Archbishop Anastasios of Albania, which the Albanian Chess Federation described as a remarkable work for the benefit of the young generation.
