On Saturday, November 16, 2019, the Metropolitan of Belgium and Exarch of the Netherlands and Luxembourg performed the Divine Liturgy in the parish of Saint Nektarios in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, on the feast day of its patron saint.
The feast of Saint Nektarios was transferred to this Saturday because of the official visit of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to the Metropolis of Belgium, which took place on November 5-14.
The Divine Liturgy was concelebrated by the priests from the Netherlands and attended by faithful of the parish and neighboring parishes, who came to celebrate the memory of Saint Nektarios.
At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the Metropolitan thanked everyone for their presence at the parish feast.
Afterwards, a luncheon was held for the congregation at the parish hall.
