As part of the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair, an exhibition commemorating the 180th anniversary of the founding of the Halki Theological School is being hosted at the stand of the Commercial Association of Thessaloniki (Outdoor Area A 11 – Stand 04). The exhibition showcases the historical journey of the School and its significant contributions to ecclesiastical and educational affairs.
Tomorrow, Sunday, September 8, at 8:00 p.m., a special event will take place in the context of the exhibition, featuring prominent speakers. The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the Halki Theological School, the Patriarchal Foundation for Patristic Studies, and “Byzantine Thessaloniki,” with the notable support of Metropolitan Philotheos of Thessaloniki.
This initiative aims to highlight both the historical and contemporary relevance of the Halki Theological School, providing visitors with a unique opportunity to explore the School’s rich legacy.
