On December 11, the Orthodox Church commemorates Saint Daniel the Stylite, marking the name day of Patriarch Daniel of Bulgaria and Metropolitan of Sofia.
A solemn Divine Liturgy will be celebrated by Patriarch Daniel alongside hierarchs of the Holy Synod of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Nedelya in Sofia.
Celebration Schedule:
- Reception of Patriarch Daniel: 8:30 a.m.
- Commencement of Divine Liturgy: 9:00 a.m.
