Bishop Jovan of Sumadija, the administrator of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovac officiated the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral of Holy Archangel Michael in Belgrade on 14 January 2021, on the Feast of the Circumcision of the Lord and God and Saviour Jesus Christ and the day when the Church celebrates Saint Basil the Great.
The Bishop was concelebrated by protopresbyter-staurophors Petar Lukic and Branko Topalovic, presbyters Slavisa Popovic and Arsen Milovanovic, protodeacon Radomir Percevic and Damjan Bozic, deacons Aleksandar Sekulic and Branislav Jocic, as well as hierodeacon Vasilije (Starovlah).
On this occasion, Bishop ordained presbyter Slavisa Popovic a presbyter into the rank of archpriest, Marko Kovacevic into the rank of subdeacon and Vid Erceg to the rank of the reader.
