On Sunday, November 17, Bishop Kyriakos of Melbourne officiated the Divine Liturgy at the Dormition of the Theotokos Church in the North Altona suburb of Melbourne, assisted by the parish priest, Fr. Demetrius Catrinei, and Fr. Kyriakos Tsapas.
During the Divine Liturgy, Bishop Kyriakos delivered the homily, offering an insightful analysis of the day’s Gospel reading (Ninth Sunday of Luke).
At the conclusion of the service, Fr. Demetrius expressed heartfelt gratitude to Bishop Kyriakos for his presence at the Dormition of the Theotokos Parish.
In turn, the Bishop conveyed the blessings and best wishes of Archbishop Makarios of Australia to all attendees and distributed the antidoron to the congregation.
