With the blessings of Archbishop Elpidophoros of America on Sunday, January 8, 2023, Bishop Apostolos of Media celebrated the 3rd Annual Metropolis of New Jersey Annual Northern New Jersey Epiphany Celebration in Edgewater, New Jersey.
For this annual event, hundreds of faithful from throughout the region gathered together in prayer on the pier of the Yacht Club restaurant overlooking the Hudson River.
Bishop Apostolos, together with the clergy of the Northern New Jersey region, celebrated the Agaismos Service, blessing the waters of the Hudson by immersing the Holy Cross of our Lord in the river.
