On the occasion of the Christmas celebrations, Archbishop Chrysostomos of Cyprus, together with the spouse of the President of Cyprus, Andri Anastasiadi, Minister of Health Konstantinos Ioannou and Bishop Grigorios of Mesaoria, visited the hospital to wish all patients health and offer them gifts.
The Nicosia General Hospital was the first medical center they visited in the morning, followed by the Archbishop Makarios III Hospital and the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Center.
The Archbishop wished everyone a speedy recovery and very soon to return to their families.
They cut the vasilopita (New Year’s pie) at the General Hospital. Andri Anastasiadi and the minister wished everyone Happy Christmas, and after having blessed the vasilopita, the Archbishop also wished all health and many blessings.
