A worrying incident occurred today at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Minas, because Archbishop Eirinaios of Crete had a sudden dizzy spell, during the celebration of the Synodical Divine Liturgy for his 45 years of Hierarchical ministry.
He was immediately given first aid into the Church, from which he walked out later on. Despite the fact that an ambulance was already there, the Archbishop went back to the building of the Archdiocese, as he did not have to be transferred to the hospital.
