On Friday afternoon, Archbishop Makarios of Australia paid a courtesy visit to His Beatitude Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece at the headquarters of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens.
Archbishop Ieronymos warmly welcomed his brother hierarch, and the two prelates engaged in a cordial discussion on various matters of mutual interest concerning the Church and the faithful.
Archbishop Makarios expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the warm hospitality extended to him and conveyed his Paschal greetings. The meeting concluded with the exchange of fraternal wishes ahead of the upcoming celebration of Holy Pascha.
