On Monday, December 23, Archbishop Makarios of Australia warmly welcomed the administrative staff of the Holy Archdiocese of Australia to his office in Sydney. This gathering, which has become an annual tradition during the days leading up to Christmas and the New Year, provided a heartfelt and familial atmosphere for the Archbishop to meet with his team.
In the presence of Bishop Christodoulos of Magnesia, Secretary of the Holy Eparchial Synod, and the Archimandrite Christophoros Krikellis, Chief Secretary of the Holy Archdiocese, Archbishop Makarios extended his sincere gratitude to all staff members for their invaluable contributions to the multifaceted work of the local Church. He particularly acknowledged their exceptional efforts in supporting the centennial celebrations of the Archdiocese this year, which required extraordinary dedication.
