The Feast of the Apostle to the Nations, Saint Paul, will be celebrated at the Areopagus on the afternoon of June 29 this year without the presence of official guests from the state, military, judicial and local authorities.
In an announcement, the Archdiocese of Athens informs that there will be no official guests due the social distancing measures, that is, 1.5 meters distance that must be maintained to avoid mass gathering.
Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and all Greece will preside over the Vespers service at the Areopagus on June 29 at 19.00, in commemoration of the Areopagus sermon, that is, the speech delivered by Saint Paul the Apostle in Athens.
