On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America received, at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, Presbyter Ioannis Capones to wish him farewell.
Fr. Capones will be leaving the Archdiocesan District for the Metropolis of Atlanta where he will serve at the parish of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Asheville, North Carolina beginning on November 1st, 2024.
