Specifically, the Archbishop said: “On this 4th of July, we celebrate our liberty from tyranny and the equality of all people. To be free from poverty, injustice, and oppression gives us the hope for our ultimate freedom in God, Who is the Alpha and Omega of all our aspirations.”
