On Christmas Eve 2024, the Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New York City, led by its Dean, Archimandrite Chrysostomos Gilbert, welcomed Archbishop Elpidophoros of America for the celebration of the Divine Liturgy.
During the service, His Eminence addressed the faithful, reflecting on the Christmas Encyclical of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and sharing its message of hope and joy.
The following morning, on Christmas Day, Archbishop Elpidophoros traveled to Bridgeport, Connecticut, where he joined Fr. George Livaditis and the faithful of Holy Trinity Church in celebrating the Divine Liturgy, continuing the joyous observance of the Feast of the Nativity.
