On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Vasilopita for Hellenic Organizations at the Archdiocesan Cathedral’s Chiotes Hall in New York, New York.
Over twenty organizations gathered to receive the blessing of Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, who offered greetings before cutting the Vasilopita.
The attendees, which included Consul General of Greece in New York Iphigenia Kanara, Vice-Chairman of the Archdiocesan Council John Catsimatidis, and Dean of the Cathedral V. Rev. Archimandrite Chrysostomos Gilbert, were in joyful, high spirits as they celebrated the new year.
