On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America attended a Mass celebrated in Pope Francis’s memory.
The service was presided over by Timothy Cardinal Dolan at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City.
Immediately preceding the service, the Archbishop signed the official condolence book at the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations. He was welcomed by the Apostolic Nuncio, His Excellency Archbishop Gabriele Caccia.
