The Archdiocesan District Philoptochos Board had the honor of attending an annual Vasilopita cutting with Archbishop Elpidophoros of America in the Archdiocese Chapel of Saint Paul on January 24, 2025.
This cherished tradition, inspired by Saint Basil’s generosity, united dedicated Philoptochos members in celebration of the New Year and their ongoing philanthropic mission. His Eminence offered heartfelt remarks, emphasizing the compassion and dedication of the Philoptochos sisterhood. The event was a meaningful reminder of their unwavering commitment to serving those in need.
