The important role played by the educational institutions of the Church of Albania in Albanian society was acknowledged by the country’s Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, during her meeting with Archbishop of Albania Ioannis.
Both sides highlighted the contribution of these schools—founded by the late Archbishop Anastasios—to the qualitative development of young people’s lives and to their professional prospects.
As the Albanian Minister of Education noted, the discussion focused on education, knowledge, training, and support for children, and was described as particularly constructive and fruitful.
