Further restrictive measures in the regions of Santorini, Mykonos, Chalkida, Patras and Agios Nikolaos in Crete were announced by the Deputy Minister for Civil Protection and Crisis Management, Nikos Hardalias, during the briefing on the course of the coronavirus pandemic in Greece.
In these areas, it is not allowed to perform any kind of services and rituals in the presence of believers in places of worship, with the exception of funerals, as well as individual prayer.
Also, Thessaloniki and Halkidiki will be included in the “red” areas from tomorrow, where the presence of up to 9 believers is allowed inside the church.
